WPI - Wahmpreneur Publishing, Inc., the voice of small business

For Investors

Wahmpreneur Publishing, Inc. is a privately held corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York. Its owner and management have no interest in preparing the company for a public securities offering in the foreseeable future. However, we welcome inquiries from private investors.

WPI provides the information in this portion of the site for those investors who want to know more about the company, its plans for growth and its current fiscal health.

WPI revenues remain relatively low and the corporation has not yet had its first profitable quarter. However, the periodical publication The MicroEnterprise Journal is currently profitable and revenues for 2005 are expected to increase by at least 50%. It is anticipated that revenues for the Wahmpreneur Books subsidiary of WPI will begin realizing quarterly profits by the third quarter of 2005.

WPI is and will remain a lean operation, outsourcing as many fuctions as possible within the limitation of its resources. At most, full time staff will include an administrative assistant and a managing editor, to be in place by 2005.

Currently, our long-range business plan projects annual revenues in excess of $1 million by 2008 and projections within the newsletter and book publishing industries ultimately fall in the range of $25 million annually.
